Als Motion Designer – Learning Content (all genders) entwickelst und verantwortest Du die visuell ansprechende und didaktisch effektive Produktion von Videoinhalten, und den dazugehörigen grafischen Assets, zur Unterstützung unserer Lernangebote. Du produzierst hochwertige, kreative visuelle Medien, von Erklärvideos über Screencasts bis hin zu KI‑Videos, die komplexe Themen klar vermitteln und sowohl das Engagement als auch das Verständnis der Lernenden nachhaltig fördern. Dabei stellst Du eine konsistente, lernfördernde visuelle Sprache im Trainingsportfolio sicher und sorgst für Qualität, Aktualität und Nutzer:innenorientierung.
Du verbindest kreatives Design, technisches Know‑how und didaktisches Verständnis und arbeitest dabei eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und selbstorganisiert. Du bereitest Inhalte fachlich korrekt und didaktisch sinnvoll auf, hältst unser Portfolio kontinuierlich aktuell, etablierst effiziente Produktionsprozesse (inkl. Einsatz moderner KI‑Tools) und koordinierst interne sowie externe Partner:innen, um die bestmögliche Produktionsqualität zu gewährleisten.

Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:
- Verantwortliche Durchführung der Post‑Production: Schnitt, Vertonung, Color Grading, Compositing und Mastering.
- Konzeption und Animation von Motion Graphics und Visuals zur didaktischen Unterstützung von Lerninhalten.
- Produktion verschiedener Formate wie Erklärvideos, Screencasts und KI‑Videos.
- Konzeption, Erstellung und Animation von Grafiken/Visuals für Videoinhalte, die die Lerninhalte unterstützen.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Begleitmaterialien zu den Trainings.
- Einführung und Optimierung effizienter Produktions‑Workflows inkl. Einsatz moderner KI‑Tools (z. B. HeyGen, Veo) zur Prozessbeschleunigung.
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in Multimedia, Kommunikationsdesign oder Animation bzw. gleichwertige praktische Erfahrung.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Motion Design mit Fokus auf Lern‑/Erklärvideos; aussagekräftiges Portfolio / Showreel.
- Sicherer Umgang mit zentraler Software: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro sowie Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign.
- Technisches Verständnis für Ton, Bild und Compositing; Erfahrung mit Sounddesign, Color‑Workflows und Export/Mastering.
- Teamorientierte, kommunikative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Du moderierst Abstimmungen wertschätzend, setzt Prioritäten klar und unterstützt Kolleg:innen pro-aktiv.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Deutsch C2) und gutes Englisch (Englisch C1); hohe Offenheit für neue Tools und kontinuierliches Lernen, insbesondere im Bereich KI‑gestützter Produktion.
