Als Portfolio Lead - Learning Content Engineering (all genders) verantwortest Du die strategische, inhaltliche und operative Entwicklung unseres Trainingsportfolios im Bereich Software Engineering, Cloud und DevOps. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere technischen Trainings fachlich führend, didaktisch exzellent und wirtschaftlich erfolgreich sind, und unterstützt den Aufbau eines skalierbaren, marktführenden Weiterbildungsportfolios für technische Fachkräfte.
Du verbindest Curriculum-Strategie, Produktmanagement und fachliche Führung, steuerst die Entwicklung neuer Trainingsprogramme end-to-end und arbeitest eng mit Learning Content Engineers, Engineering, Sales, Marketing und der Geschäftsführung zusammen.
Dabei spielst Du eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung eines AI-gestützten Content-Produktionsmodells und stellst sicher, dass unsere Lernangebote technisch, didaktisch und wirtschaftlich auf höchstem Niveau sind.

Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:
- Verantwortung für Strategie, Roadmap und Marktpositionierung des Trainingsportfolios im Bereich Software Engineering, Cloud und DevOps
- Fachliche und operative Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von Learning Content Engineers
- End-to-End-Steuerung der Konzeption, Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und des Launches neuer Trainingsprogramme
- Entwicklung von Kompetenzmodellen, Skill-Mappings und skalierbaren Trainingsarchitekturen für verschiedene Zielgruppen und Lernpfade
- Sicherstellung fachlicher, didaktischer und technischer Qualität sowie wirtschaftlicher Tragfähigkeit des Portfolios
- Datenbasierte Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Portfolios anhand von KPIs, Marktfeedback und technologischen Trends
- Steuerung von Ressourcen, Budgets, externen Expert:innen sowie Einsatz von AI-gestützten Content-Produktionsprozessen zur Skalierung
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im MINT-Bereich (z. B. Informatik, Data Science, Ingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Tiefgehende fachliche Expertise in Software-Engineering, Cloud und/oder DevOps sowie Verständnis aktueller Technologietrends
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung technischer Trainingsprogramme, Curricula oder Lernprodukte, idealerweise im Tech- oder EdTech-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in Portfolio-, Produkt- oder Curriculum-Management inklusive Planung, Priorisierung und Steuerung komplexer Projekte
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Teams oder der Steuerung externer Expert:innen und Stakeholder
- Technische Affinität sowie Erfahrung mit modernen Tools und Workflows, z. B. Lernplattformen,Git oder KI-gestützten Content-Produktionsprozessen
- Sehr starke analytische, organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
