Als Course Portfolio Manager (all genders) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle beim Ausbau und der Skalierung unserer Bildungsangebote. Du verantwortest Du die korrekte Erfassung, Pflege und Optimierung unserer Bildungsangebote im Kursnet-Portal der Bundesagentur für Arbeit sowie auf weiteren relevanten Plattformen. Du stellst sicher, dass alle Kurse und Standorte vollständig, aktuell und richtlinienkonform abgebildet sind und leistest damit einen direkten Beitrag zur Sichtbarkeit und Reichweite unserer Weiterbildungsangebote.
Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Educational Content, Sales, Compliance, externen Stakeholdern und Portalbetreibern und sorgst für reibungslose Daten- und Abstimmungsprozesse. Zudem steuerst Du das Standort-Vertragsmanagement und die Zertifizierung neuer Standorte und trägst so zu einem konsistenten, qualitativ hochwertigen Gesamtauftritt unserer Bildungsangebote bei.

Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung, Aktualisierung, Optimierung und Erweiterung der Kursdaten im Kursnet-Portal und auf weiteren Plattformen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kursnet-Richtlinien, behördlichen Vorgaben und formalen Anforderungen
- Optimierung der Darstellung von Bildungsangeboten zur Verbesserung der Sichtbarkeit und Auffindbarkeit
- Steuerung der Anmietung, Zertifizierung und des Vertragsmanagements neuer Bildungsstandorte
- Datenbereinigung, -aufbereitung und -anreicherung zur Sicherung einer hohen Datenqualität
- Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung und Dokumentation von Datenprozessen, -formaten und Datenstandards
Das bringst Du mit
- Erfahrung im Kurs-Datenmanagement, idealerweise mit Kursportalen wie Kursnet
- Verständnis für Datenstrukturen, Richtlinienanforderungen und Qualitätssicherungsprozesse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Sehr sorgfältige, strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Klare, professionelle Kommunikation und Freude an team- und serviceorientierter Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Erfahrung mit CMS-, CRM- oder Kursverwaltungssystemen ist von Vorteil
- Idealweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Behörden oder öffentlichen Institutionen sowie mit Standort- und Kurszertifizierungen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
