Als Quality Manager (all genders) übernimmst Du die zentrale Verantwortung für Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Sicherstellung aller relevanten Qualitäts- und Zertifizierungsstandards, insbesondere im Kontext AZAV, ZFU und DSGVO, und damit auf der nachhaltigen Qualität unserer Bildungsangebote.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, vorausschauend und eigenverantwortlich an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen, begleitest interne und externe Audits und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Qualitäts- und Datenschutzthemen im Unternehmen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitung, Fachbereichen und externen Stakeholdern sorgst Du dafür, dass Qualität, Compliance und Weiterentwicklung Hand in Hand gehen.

Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:
- Verantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagementsystem inkl. Entwicklung, Pflege und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung gemäß AZAV
- Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung interner und externer Audits (AZAV) sowie systematische Maßnahmenverfolgung
- Sicherstellung der Träger- und Maßnahmenzertifizierung (AZAV, ZFU) inkl. Dokumentation und Berichtswesen
- Unterstützung und Koordination von Datenschutzprozessen gemäß DSGVO in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Datenschutzbeauftragten
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Fachbereichen und Prozesseigner:innen bei Qualitäts- und Prozessoptimierungen
- Schulung und Sensibilisierung von Mitarbeitenden zu Qualitätsmanagement- und Datenschutzthemen sowie Moderation bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
Das bringst Du mit
- Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise bei einem AZAV-zertifizierten Bildungsträger oder einer Fachkundigen Stelle
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; Zusatzqualifikation im QM (z. B. QMB, Auditor:in) von Vorteil
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von AZAV-Anforderungen, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in ZFU, ISO 9001 und DSGVO
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Projekt- oder Wissensmanagement-Tools von Vorteil
