Als Tutor / Dozent (all genders) mit Fokus KI begleitest Du unsere Teilnehmenden fachlich und didaktisch durch ihre Weiterbildung und stellst Lernerfolg und Zufriedenheit sicher. Du vermittelst Inhalte rund um Künstliche Intelligenz, GenAI und deren praktische Anwendung in unterschiedlichen Formaten, beantwortest fachliche Fragen und unterstützt Teilnehmende dabei, Konzepte in Übungen und Projekten umzusetzen.
Du bewertest Lernfortschritte und Leistungsnachweise, führst Abschlussprüfungen durch und gibst strukturiertes Feedback. Durch den engen Kontakt zu den Lernenden trägst Du zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer KI-Trainings bei und arbeitest eng mit dem Coaching Team Lead, dem Learning Team und weiteren Schnittstellen zusammen.

Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:
- Fachliche und inhaltliche Beantwortung von Fragen der Lernenden (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Vermittlung und Vertiefung von KI-Trainingsinhalten in Live-Sessions, Online-Webinaren, Classrooms und Gruppenformaten
- Begleitung und Beratung der Lernenden bei Unsicherheiten im Lernprozess und in KI-bezogenen Projekten
- Durchführung und Bewertung von Abschlussprüfungen sowie Entscheidung über den Trainingserfolg
- Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Weiterentwicklung von Lernmaterialien zur KI-gestützten Arbeit
- Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender KI-Trainings inkl. Feedback ans Learning-Team
- Durchführung individueller Coaching-Sessions und Unterstützung neuer Teammitglieder
Das bringst Du mit
- Fachliche Erfahrung im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz / GenAI oder einem verwandten technischen Feld
- Praxis in der Anwendung von KI-Tools und -Methoden, idealerweise in Projekten oder Schulungsformaten
- Didaktische Erfahrung in der Vermittlung technischer Inhalte an nicht-technische Zielgruppen (z. B. als Tutor:in, Trainer:in, Lehrer:in)
- Verständnis für didaktische Konzepte der Erwachsenenbildung und Online-Weiterbildung sowie Fähigkeit, Lernprozesse strukturiert zu begleiten
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Empathie, klare Kommunikation und konstruktive Feedbackkultur
- Spaß an Teamarbeit, Hands-on-Mentalität, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf hohem Niveau (mind. C1)
