Als IT Systemadministrator (all genders) bist Du die zentrale IT Ansprechperson für unsere Kolleg:innen in Deutschland und unterstützt unsere Berliner Niederlassung sowie Remote-Mitarbeitende in der DACH-Region - vom Laptop auf dem Schreibtisch bis zum Identity Provider dahinter. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem UK-basierten Enterprise-Technology-Team zusammen, das globale Plattformen und Standards verantwortet, hast im Tagesgeschäft aber viel Autonomie und einen breiten, hands-on Aufgabenbereich. Du sorgst für ein reibungsloses In-Office-Erlebnis, verantwortest den End-to-End-Support rund um Endgeräte, Identitäten und Tools und unterstützt die technische Integration von StackFuel in die Multiverse-Landschaft. Dabei trägst Du aktiv zu unseren Compliance-Anforderungen bei und setzt auf Automatisierung, wo immer es sinnvoll ist.

Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:

Lokale IT-Ansprechperson in Deutschland inkl. reaktionsschnellem Support auf Deutsch und Englisch sowie Sicherstellung eines guten In-Office-Erlebnisses (AV, WLAN, Meetingräume)
Mitwirkung am JML- und Hardware-Lebenszyklus (Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Beschaffung, Imaging, Rollout, Reparaturen, Asset-Management)
Verwaltung von Endgeräten (macOS, Windows) und Identitäten (JumpCloud/Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Slack und weitere SaaS-Tools)
Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung lokaler IT und Sicherheitskontrollen im Rahmen von ISO 27001 und Cyber Essentials Plus sowie DSGVO-konformer Prozesse
Identifikation und Umsetzung von Automatisierungspotenzialen (z. B. mit n8n, Scripting), um manuelle, fragile Prozesse zu reduzieren

Das bringst Du mit

Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer IT-Support-oder Systemadmin-Rolle, idealerweise mit Erfahrung als IT-Ansprechperson für ein Büro oder eine Geschäftseinheit
Solide Kenntnisse im Endgeräte-Management (macOS & Windows), im Identity & Access Management sowie in der Administration von SaaS-Lösungen inkl. grundlegender Netzwerktechnik
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Google Workspace, JumpCloud/Okta/Entra ID, Mac-Flotten-Management (z. B. Jamf, Kandji, Iru), Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python), IT-Service-Management (z. B. ITIL) und ISO-27001-Umgebungen
Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz, Ownership-Mindset, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und "Automation-first"-Denken
Klare, ruhige Kommunikation und ein praxisnahes Verständnis der DSGVO in der IT-Umsetzung
Von Vorteil ist ein Hintergrund in EdTech oder einem schnell wachsenden Tech-Unternehmen
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Hybrides Arbeiten
Wir arbeiten drei Tage pro Woche gemeinsam im Büro.
