Als Werkstudent Systemadministrator / IT-Support (all genders) unterstützt Du als Teil des People & Culture Teams das StackFuel Team mit der Verwaltung und Betreuung unserer internen IT-Infrastruktur. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Systemadministrator übernimmst Du Aufgaben im 1st und 2nd Level Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden und sorgst für einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb.

Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:
- Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung, Installation und Konfigurationvon IT-Systemen (Windows, Mac), Netzwerktechnik und Softwareanwendungen
- Benutzerverwaltung und Unterstützung bei der Administration von zentralen Team- und Infrastruktur-Diensten wie Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, OneDrive und anderen SaaS-Diensten
- Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Durchführung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports für das Team (Remote- und Vor-Ort-Service)
- Unterstützung bei Onboardings, Schulungen und Erstellung von Dokumentationen für das Team
- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Umsetzung von technischen IT-Supportprozessen
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung unserer Office-IT Infrastruktur und dem IT Set-Up für interne Veranstaltungen
Das bringst Du mit
- Eingeschriebene/r Vollzeit Studierende/r der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang an einer Deutschen (Fach-) Hochschule (mind. für weitere 1,5 Jahre)
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Systemadministration und IT-Support wünschenswert
- Erfahrungen mit Microsoft-Produkten und bekannten SaaS-Diensten sind von Vorteil
- Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamorientierung
- Interesse an IT-Sicherheit und Enterprise-IT Solutions
